As a Canva Designer (intern) at Edversity, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics using Canva, a popular graphic design tool. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing and content teams to develop eye-catching designs that effectively communicate Edversity’s brand message. Edversity will provide you with an exclusive lifetime subscription to the Canva Pro tool.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for various digital platforms using Canva.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and develop designs that align with Edversity’s brand guidelines.
Design social media graphics, infographics, banners, and other visual assets to support marketing campaigns and educational content.
Ensure that all designs are aesthetically pleasing, consistent, and effectively convey the intended message.
Stay up-to-date with current design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of designs.
Incorporate feedback from team members and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
Assist in creating templates and design assets that can be used by the wider team for various purposes.
Collaborate with other designers and contribute to the overall design strategy of Edversity.

Requirements:

Proficiency in using Canva and a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
Solid knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Creativity and the ability to think visually to create unique and engaging designs.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.

Note: This is an internship position, and applicants should be currently enrolled in a university program or recently graduated.
